Bandar Seri Iskandar has now completed the first phase development that covers approximately 250 acres which includes the affordable single and double storey houses, commercial shop offices, the Sri Iskandar Pharmaceutical Park as well as the Taman Rekreasi Rakyat. They have delivered some 850 units of houses.

The development of Phase II of Bandar Seri Iskandar was launched on 27 June 2009 which will feature semi-detached homes with indoor swimming pools. Also in the pipeline is the development of bungalows, shopping complexes, a Agro-Tech Institutional Park, Golf Residential Park, Homestead Water Park, Medical & Health Resort, Motor Sport Centre and Research and Development Centre.

BSI is more than just a development project. It serves to open up the Kinta-Pangkor Corridor, creating jobs and business opportunities in rural Perak. MRCB Land actively organises marketing activities to attract multinationals to set up plants for long-term economic growth in the area. The total development will be completed by 2020.
