To ensure that the Phase II also caters to the specific requirements of the communities, we have been conducting first hand research to understand the fast changing expectations of the populace not only in Bandar Seri Iskandar but also of those from the surrounding / nearby areas such as Ipoh and Klang Valley, who seek alternative, affordable and attractive living concepts / solutions, in a conducive environment.
